The Emergency Sporting Equipment Grant program provides assistance to grassroots sport and active recreation clubs and organisations to replace or repair essential sporting and first aid equipment that has been lost or destroyed as a consequence of fire, flood, significant storms, theft or criminal damage. |

The Significant Sporting Events Program is a funding program that assists event organisers to enhance the delivery of national or international level sporting events in Victoria. Two streams are available; Event Assistance Grants to assist with offsetting general operational costs associated with staging events (up to $20,000) or Event Development Grants to develop/expand existing events or to attract new events to Victoria that deliver key outcomes for the State (up to $150,000). |

The 2025-26 Local Sports Infrastructure Fund is specifically for Victorian Local Government Authorities (LGAs) and Alpine Resorts Victoria (ARV). It aims to deliver new and upgraded community sports infrastructure across 3 streams: Community Facilities (up to $500,000), Community Sports Lighting (up to $250,000) and Planning (up to $40,000). |

The Country Football and Netball Program is delivered in partnership with the AFL, AFL Victoria and Netball Victoria. It provides funding to Local Government Authorities (LGAs) to help regional football and netball clubs, associations and umpiring organisations upgrade and develop facilities in rural, regional and outer metropolitan locations. |

The Growing Healthy Communities Grants are for projects supporting young Victorians and their families to live healthier lives. Applications must respond to one of the following two challenge statements: Creating opportunities to participate in sport and active recreation, leading to improved active living, mental wellbeing and social belonging OR Strengthening local food systems by creating new or improved ways for communities to access, grow, share and procure healthy, local, culturally appropriate fresh food. |
