Session Overview
This session will support sport organisations to brush-up on their skills for grant writing, communicating to Boards, members and improve stakeholder relationships. This will be an information-based workshop, providing an overview of tools such as program logics, theories of change and impact statements to refine your thinking and provide the framework for grant writing or impact reporting. We will also provide some TOP TIPS relevant to Victorian sport.
Topics covered include:
- Program logics and theories of change for sport programs and experiences (to understand how this change can be achieved and what would be important to show in an application).
- Preparing an impact or value statement (to best communicate this change, and to show value to stakeholders).
