Better safety without the paperwork for AFL Goldfields

“AFL Goldfields are thrilled to be partnering with CareMonkey to roll out their program across all Ballarat FNL and Riddell District FNL football and netball competitions in 2016.”

The Commercial BFL Logo Red Onion& Regional operations manager of the Ballarat Football League, Aaron Nunn, has partnered with CareMonkey to roll out the system across the leagues.

The BFL has fourteen clubs; all with football and netball teams. Documenting all of the players’ medical and emergency details on paper can become a long and strenuous task. This is where CareMonkey comes to the rescue saving time not only for parents and adult members, but for the many volunteers who have had to deal with the paperwork.

CareMonkey is a paperless system that provides families and individuals with the opportunity to share confidential information with their club. Authorised officials will have instant access to the data and be able to act immediately in the event of an emergency.

Aaron had this to say about the efficiency and time saving features of the CareMonkey system:

“This new system will help our clubs provide a duty of care to their members that has only been achieved in the past by countless hours of laborious administrative work carried out by hard working and dedicated volunteers.”

Not only does CareMonkey take care of all medical and emergency details for players, but the system allows officials to log injury reports on their mobile devices, creating an injury database for the leagues, something they’ve not had before.RDFNL New Logo 2016 jpg

Aaron explains the benefits of CareMonkey and how it can streamline administrative tasks:

“CareMonkey allows our clubs to keep track of an individual’s medical history and follow up any incidents with their next of kin or nominated contact should anything go wrong on match days. It also provides clubs with various tools to streamline administrative tasks that used to require the transfer of paperwork.”
