Women in Leadership and Decision Making Roles
Women in leadership and decision-making roles, be they administrators, coaches, officials or athletes, have the opportunity to influence the future. Failure to ensure women are equitably represented at the highest levels of leadership in all areas of sport, means we fail to take advantage of the knowledge, skills and opinions of over 50% of the population.
Providing women with the opportunities to aspire to, and achieve the highest levels of leadership is an essential element in promoting equitable access.
